FRENCH READING & WRITING WORSHOP (for French Speakers)

The objective of this course is to help French-speaking youngsters,
between 6 & 12 years old, who follow  :

1) an English scholar system, to learn how to write and read in their native French language.
2) a French scholar system, to improve learning how to write and read in French language.
Students will be tested in French prior to the registration.

Alex et Zoé 101

A bright and stimulating introduction to a primary French course for children aged 7-10. The children will discover French language and culture, basic grammar and vocabulary, in a relaxed atmosphere. Placement test is required prior to registration for new students. The children will learn how to present themselves, numbers, family members, colors, animals and stationary.

Junior Plus 101

A friendly and stimulating environment to help students aged 11-17 gain confidence in using French. We place an emphasis on communication, both oral and written, which is achieved through active student participation.

Cours de révision de Junior Plus 1

For students who completed the first book of Junior Plus or an equivalent method. Before the enrolment, a written and an oral test will assess the students’ level of French They should be almost at A1 level. This course aims at developing the ability to understand, communicate, answer and ask questions in French. Authentic, realistic dialogues invite the students to participate the French way in situations of everyday life, providing a solid foundation in communication skills.

French grammar is explained from a practical point of view and exercised both orally and in writing. This course is for students aged 11-16 years.

• Each class is open if at least 5 students are registered, otherwise a special agreement can be approved.
• Students who have registered for 6 consecutive terms (excluding Ramadan & summertime) at the Alliance Française in Dubai will be offered the 7th for free.
• The second member of the same family (3rd, 4th… etc.) will be granted a discount of 10% on the course fee.
• Registration should be made at least 10 days prior to the starting date of the course.
• Any cancelled lesson due to a public holiday or other will be made up for during or at the end of the term.
