FRENCH CLASSES FOR ADULTS

The year is divided into 5 terms of 7 weeks, and 2 terms (summer) of 5 weeks. After a year, the student is usually able to speak and write everyday French, and after two years, he reaches a level enabling him to attend a French university.

A2 B1	CONVERSATION CLASSES : Living with Art by Dr. Anna Karolina Piotrowska - Art specialist
	Taught by an art historian, the course will address various forms of artistic expression, great artists and their masterpieces, as well as current cultural events, including those at Alliance Française in Dubai. Students will analyze, discuss, and critique examples of visual arts, architecture, music, film, and theater, as well as debate art-related controversies, such as restitution of artistic patrimony. They will also be encouraged to follow the cultural life of the Gulf region and beyond by listening to the French radio and reading French newspapers on the Internet. *Starting on Tuesday March 9 - 700 AED for 10 1/2 hours*

PREPARATION TO DELF EXAMS :

In order to preparte the DELF exams of May session, two preparation classes will be open :

A. Preparation classes for DELF A1/A2 :

Those following Sundays from 6 to 8 pm : 14 / 03 - 21 /03 - 28 / 03 - 4 / 04 - 11 / 04l

B. Preparation classes for DELF B1/B2

Those following Thursdays from 6 to 8 pm : 18 / 03 - 25 / 03 - 1 / 04 - 8 / 04 - 15 / 04

Public : teenagers / adults - Fees : 700 Dhs (5 x 2 h = 10 hours)

Each class is open if at least 5 students are registered.
Students who have registered for 6 consecutive terms (excluding Ramadan & summertime) at the Alliance Française in Dubai will be offered the 7th for free.
The second member of the same family (3rd, 4th… etc.) will be granted a discount of 10% on the course fee.
Registration should be made at least 10 days prior to the starting date of the course.
Any cancelled lesson due to a public holiday or other will be made up for during or at the end of the term.
